I have a great respect for what Chinese medicine can do to relieve suffering. I have devoted myself to helping people improve their quality of life by decreasing pain and discomfort.

I graduated with honors from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and was the recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award and the Distinguished Service Award. While in school I was the recipient of the nuherbs Herbal Times Scholarship. I also had the great honor of being a tutor for my fellow students as well as a teaching assistant.

Currently, in addition to private practice, I am a full-time faculty member at the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, teaching both acupuncture and herbal medicine classes and supervising interns in the college's health center.

Prior to entering the Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program at FLSAOM, I worked for 5 years as a teaching assistant in a pre-school class for children with autism, a job which I enjoyed immensely.

I received my Bachelors degree from New York University in 2002 with a dual major in Chinese Language and Photography.

I have lived just outside of Ithaca, NY on a small farm with my husband, 3 dogs, a small herd of goats, pigs, and a flock of chickens for the last 11 years.
